Is the Black Friday deal available to existing users?
Yes. Any account can buy a discounted credit pack, including subscribers, and the credits are added to the same balance. If you are on a monthly plan and want to move to a discounted annual plan, contact support@open-sora.org and we will help you switch.
What price do I pay when my annual plan renews?
The 30% discount covers your first annual payment. After one year the plan renews at the regular yearly price shown in the table above, unless you cancel before the renewal date in your billing settings.
Do I need a coupon code?
No. The Black Friday discount is applied automatically to eligible plans and packs at checkout, and you can see it in the total before you pay.
How many credits does one image to video generation cost?
It depends on the model, duration, resolution and whether audio is generated. The exact cost appears on the Generate button before you submit, and failed generations are refunded automatically.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Paid plans and packs include commercial use of what you generate, subject to applicable law, the Open Sora terms, and the terms of the model or provider used for the generation.
Is there a separate Cyber Monday deal?
No. The Black Friday prices continue through Cyber Monday (November 30) and end on December 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT, so there is no reason to wait.
